Lisa Southern is the Vancouver Park Board Integrity Commissioner

On July 4, 2023, Lisa was appointed as the Integrity Commissioner for the Vancouver Park Board. This is a six-month appointment, with duties and responsibilities set out in the Park Board Code of Conduct Policy PB-23-01 that include providing advice and recommendations to Park Board Members, delivering educational programs and investigating complaints of alleged breaches of the Code of Conduct.

Lisa is in her second year as Integrity Commissioner for the City of Vancouver and in a Press Release, Lisa states: “I am honoured to support the Park Board in meeting its mission in alignment with the Code of Conduct. The Park Board and City of Vancouver Council continue to demonstrate courageous leadership by self-mandating expectations for conduct and establishing mechanisms for accountability and transparency in ethical conduct. I am proud to be a contributor to their work.”
