Storytelling

Over the course of our many years of collective practice, in dealing with conflict and workplace misconduct, our lawyers have gained access to the entertaining and riveting stories of employees and employers in the workplace. We believe that storytelling illustrates the key concepts and engages adult learners in a relatable, interactive, and interesting manner.

We pair storytelling with pop quizzes, brainstorming, role modeling, and skill-building exercises to keep participants engaged in a practical and fun way.
