SBP Lawyer, Jillian Humphreys, will speak at Lancaster House’s Gender Equity Virtual Conference: Paving the way to inclusive workplaces, on a panel: Silenced or Settled? The implications of using non-disclosure agreements to settle harassment and other workplace disputes on April 17. In this session, the panel of experts will discuss NDAs and how they are used in workplace disputes and the growing concern about the potential of NDAs to silence the victims of discrimination and harassment while shielding employers from reputational damage.
