The panel, moderated by SBP Lawyer, Tonie Beharrell, will discuss potential issues including use of similar fact evidence, drawing adverse inferences, questions around confidentiality and issues of defamation, concerns around re-interviewing witnesses in a trauma-informed context, and the use of circumstantial evidence.
