Nadja Rence received her law degree from the University of British Columbia in 2004 and was called to the British Columbia Bar in 2005. She also attained a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Indiana in piano performance.
Nadja is a bilingual (English/French) independent investigator and lawyer, who strives to ensure that investigations are conducted in a trauma-informed and culturally sensitive manner.
Outside of work, Nadja is an amateur classical pianist, a competitive Scrabble player, and a board member of the Aphotic Theatre Company.
Nadja has experience conducting investigations in the public and private sectors, for both provincially and federally regulated workplaces. Nadja has investigated matters in various sectors, including education settings, municipalities, transport and aviation, and non-profit organizations.
