Southern Butler Price’s Arbitration Practice Group is composed of recognized leaders in the fields of labour, employment, and human rights law.

We come from various backgrounds (labour, management, and adjudication) and experiences, including holding positions in government and at the BC Human Rights Tribunal, the BC Labour Relations Board, and the Law Society of BC. We are recognized for our impartiality and ability to make findings through various appointments in collective agreements, jointly appointed rosters, and other appointments.

SBP arbitrators can assist you and your clients to obtain timely answers to disputes. All lawyers in the Arbitration Practice Group have received training in trauma-informed practice and are experienced, trained mediators.
