At Southern Law we have a team of neutral service providers with deep-roots in various facets of business law. Our Finance and Corporate Commercial Investigations Team has the experience and expertise to navigate complex matters involving:

Her time spent as in-house counsel and sitting on boards overseeing large budgets, investment portfolios, and risk assessment informs Nicole’s work on finance and corporate commercial investigations, including matters involving alleged fraud, governance failures, and breaches of fiduciary duty. Magnus Verbrugge
Magnus Verbrugge brings extensive experience in corporate and commercial law, including complex transactions, governance, and dispute resolution.
