Paula Butler has practiced labour and employment law in British Columbia since 1992. Paula’s experience spans the public and private sectors in both union and non-union environments. Her experience also includes both provincial and federal employers. She is a highly regarded neutral third party who can resolve disputes in a confidential manner, even in the most hostile work environments.
Paula graduated from the University of Victoria Law School in 1989. She was called to the British Columbia Bar in 1990. She is a member of the Law Society of British Columbia and was a member of the British Columbia Labour Relations Board from 2001 to 2006.
