Southern Law is proud to continue our ongoing learning with Dr. Carla MacLean, psychologist and leading expert in cognitive bias, best practice interviewing techniques, and eyewitness memory.

On February 26, Dr. MacLean led the first of three sessions we have planned for this year, on rapport and interviewing.

Rapport isn’t just helpful; it’s essential. It’s the foundation for obtaining the most accurate and complete evidence from witnesses.

Rapport is a skill we can learn, practice, and continually improve. Dr. MacLean will be returning to work with us in April, and will be the key presenter at our firm retreat in May.
