Debra Rusnak, Southern Law Lawyer, will present at the CPHR Annual Conference on May 1, “Invisible Disabilities”: Accommodating Mental Illness in the Workplace. In the session, Debra will discuss disabilities related to an individual’s mental health, and will provide practical legal perspectives on the employers’ duty to accommodate.
