Southern Law lawyers Tonie Beharrell and Neelu Chauhan spoke at the BCCAT Annual Conference on November 5. The theme of the Conference was Modern Adjudication: Practical Tools and Techniques, and Tonie and Neelu spoke on Administrative Justice and Regulatory Investigations. Topics covered included a discussion of the regulatory context, the purpose of regulatory investigations, and general legal context around fairness in investigations.
