As an investigator, Reut combines her legal acumen and experience with high emotional intelligence to approach each case with a sensitivity to the significant impact that workplace conflict has on those involved.
As a mediator and facilitator, Reut facilitates a process whereby parties work to understand the roots of the conflict between them and their contribution to the conflicted relationship, and to explore one another’s deeper interests and beliefs.

Reut holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Victoria, a Master of Arts in Government from the Reichman University with a specialization in Diplomacy and Conflict Studies, and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from the University of British Columbia. She was called to the British Columbia Bar in 2015. Reut completed a Mediation and Conflict Management certification course from Harvard Law School Executive Education in 2022.
Prior to joining Southern Law, Reut practiced workplace law and civil litigation at one of the leading workplace law boutiques in Canada.
