Mediator
Reut Amit has a depth of experience in advising and representing diverse public and private sector clients on workplace issues, including human rights. She has also worked in an advisory capacity in political environments and is well-versed in the practicalities of those environments. Her experience in assisting parties to find their common interests and develop a strategy for moving forward in a manner that both preserves relationships and serves those interests informs all aspects of her practice, including mediation. As a mediator and facilitator, Reut facilitates a process whereby parties work to understand the roots of the conflict between them and their contribution to the conflicted relationship, and to explore one another’s deeper interests and beliefs. She aims to create a process whereby parties are empowered to find resolution to their own conflict in a way that preserves workplace relationships. Reut believes in the power of mediation to transform the parties and their relationship with one another, thereby addressing the source of conflict and providing tools to engage in future conflict productively, rather than resolving a singular issue. -
