Lynsey is an internationally experienced employment lawyer and workplace investigations specialist with nearly two decades of experience advising global organizations across multiple jurisdictions. She brings extensive senior in-house and private practice experience, having most recently served as Vice President of Employment Law for NBCUniversal, where she oversaw complex employment matters including investigations for television and film productions across the UK, EMEA, and APAC, and led cross-border legal teams supporting high-profile workplace issues.
Qualified as a solicitor in England and Wales in 2007, Lynsey has built a distinguished career spanning private practice and senior in-house roles, including more than ten years at Eversheds Sutherland and senior employment counsel positions with AstraZeneca and NBCUniversal.
Lynsey is currently completing the requirements for admission to the British Columbia Bar and has joined Southern Law as a paralegal while finalizing her qualification as a BC lawyer.
