Megha is a workplace investigator with a comprehensive background in workplace law, employment matters, and neutral conflict resolution. Bringing a wealth of domestic and international legal experience to her practice, Megha is dedicated to helping organizations and individuals navigate complex legal and workplace challenges with clarity, fairness, and strategic insight.
In Canada, Megha has built extensive practical experience in workplace and employment law. She most recently served as an investigations case manager and litigation paralegal at a specialized workplace law firm, where she coordinated complex file workflows, gathered and summarized investigative evidence, drafted trauma-informed interview frameworks, and meticulously prepared and anonymized investigation reports. In addition, she provided robust paralegal support for labour and employment litigation. Prior to this role, Megha gained valuable experience as a legal assistant at a prominent labour and employment boutique law firm, supporting counsel across all levels of BC courts, tribunals, and boards, including the BC Human Rights Tribunal, WorkSafeBC, Workers’ Compensation Appeal Tribunal, Canada Industrial Relations Board, and BC Labour Relations Board.
Before relocating to Canada, Megha established a robust international legal career in India. She spent seven years practicing as a litigation lawyer, focusing on employment, constitutional, civil, family, and administrative law, with frequent appearances before the High Court of Himachal Pradesh and the administrative tribunal. Notably, she was appointed as amicus curiae by the High Court of Himachal Pradesh in nine public interest litigation matters and served as a retainer lawyer on the panel of the High Court Legal Services Authority. Her impactful constitutional advocacy includes successfully initiating public interest litigation that led to the mandatory installation of sanitary pad vending machines and incinerators in public offices and high court premises. Additionally, Megha served in-house as assistant legal manager at Tata Communications, managing international litigation support, commercial due diligence, and pre-litigation compliance.
