Pam Costanzo is a highly respected member of the labour and employment bar, called to the British Columbia Bar in 2007. She has practiced labour and employment law throughout her career, representing unions, employers, and employees, and since 2017 has focused her practice exclusively on workplace investigations and mediation.
As Director of Legal Services, Pam will support knowledge management, mentorship, professional development and innovation initiatives. Her mandate includes strengthening internal practice resources, supporting associate development and mentorship, and enhancing how legal knowledge and expertise are shared across the firm.
